Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Are FLEXICO watches water-resistant?
Yes, our watches feature a water resistance rating of 5ATM (50 meters), making them safe for everyday use, light rain, and brief submersion, though we recommend removing them for swimming or diving.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn watches in their original packaging. Simply contact our support team to initiate a return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
